Smart cities: Big win for Guelph

MP Lloyd Longfield, municipal staff and many others worked hard to prepare the Smart Cities proposal, and this week they were joined by Guelph citizens for a celebration as the winners of the $10 Million category of the Smart Cities Challenge.
